Judith Bell, Founder & Principal

Judith Bell is founder of Authentic Leadership Institute and co-founder of Relationships That Work. She is a master facilitator, teacher, consultant and coach. She has worked in the field of personal development for 32 years, creating and facilitating personal growth, team development and organizational change seminars based on her extensive experience in organizations—including government, non-profit and for profit. Working with individuals, pairs, and groups, Judith is superb at supporting individuals, pairs, and teams in developing the skills necessary to realize their full potential. Executives, managers, and staff take away skills that allow them to respond flexibly and rapidly in their changing environment.

Judith is regarded as one of the world's leading experts on the FIRO theory. She trains consultants internationally and applies the FIRO theory to all aspects of her work. From 1981 until 2004, she worked closely with Business Consultants Network, Inc., formerly Will Shutz Associates, where, as a senior associate and consultant, she contributed to the development of The Human Element® seminar.

A consultant's consultant, Judith mentors executives, managers, facilitators, coaches, therapists and other professionals in the integration of the FIRO theory in their work. Judith's FIRO Theory Profiling has been lauded as the first innovation in the FIRO® instruments since Dr. Will Schutz changed FIRO-B® (Behavior) into Element B and developed Elements F (Feelings) and S (Self). FIRO Theory Profiling is showcased in Authentic Leadership 1: Become Your Authentic Self which she facilitates in Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
