Judith Bell, Founder & Principal

Judith and her husband, Daniel Ellenberg, Ph.D, have combined their expertise to develop The Thrive Approach, a body of work on thriving. A culmination of their extensive experience and research, they have synthesized a number of different approaches including the FIRO theory, NLP, cybernetics, neuroscience, cognitive, positive, and success psychology.

Several years ago, at NASA's request, she developed The Follow-On to the Human Element®, which focuses on skill development, application and implementation. This course is offered to the public as, THE Next Step. Judith co-developed The Human Element in Customer Service, along with a new instrument to measure customer service attitudes, both of which apply FIRO® technology to the customer service arena. This course is used in France, Sweden, the United Kingdom and Japan. Also based in the FIRO theory, she developed the following advanced courses for consultants and leaders: The Theatre of Possibility: A Leader's Guide to Creativity, Spontaneity and Confidence; The Consultant's Use of Self; Shadowing: A Premier Tool for Change. Since 1981, Judith has provided training, consultation and coaching for diverse organizations.
